Taking coffee brewing back to its most simple form, the pour over technique is a steamy ritual that can produce a precise coffee.
Giving you maximum control of your brewing process and real coffee taste every time.
WE RECOMMEND
For best flavour we recommend using freshly ground
coffee of medium to coarse grind
BREW TIME
2-3 minutes
Step 1
Use 3-4 cup size paper filter. Open and insert into the drip filter unit and place onto your favourite cup.
Pre-wet the filter with hot water and allow water to drain away.
Step 2
Place fine, ground coffee in the filter base.
We recommend 7g to 100ml of water.
Step 3
Bring fresh water to the boil and then allow to cool for 3-4 minutes.
Slowly pour a small amount of coffee over in a circular motion.
If you are using freshly roasted coffee you will see the coffee
"bloom" as it absorbs the water.
Step 4
After 15 seconds pour in your desired volume of water in a slow spiral motion.
Adding water slowly will make a stronger coffee.
Step 5
After allowing all water to pass through the filter and into
your cup, remove the filter, rinse the unit and place on the
stand ready for its next brew.
